Your
APIL lawyer will often charge nothing for
an initial consultation. At this meeting, you will find
out whether you have a case for compensation and be told
if there will be a cost should you choose to pursue that
claim. Conditional
Fee - Often referred to as No win no fee.
This usually means that you need an insurance policy to cover
the costs if you lose your case. Your APIL lawyer
will be able to advise you of the cost of this insurance and whether
that cost can be reclaimed if your case is successful.
You can only claim compensation
when it can be proved that you have been injured due to someone
else’s negligence. If you think you may have a case for
compensation, you should contact an APIL lawyer
who will give you honest and impartial advice. |
