PI/Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Our busy Personal Injury team in the London Office is looking to recruit a Paralegal.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have some experience within a legal environment. You will be able to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines. You must have a proven interest in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence.

Duties include handling a small number of fields under supervision and assisting Executive staff with claims at various stages.  You will be responsible for the preliminary investigation of new claims, routine correspondence associated with the opening of claims, obtaining and analysing documentary evidence, statement taking, handling claims on a start to finish basis, instructing council and attending trials.  The role will also include and element of admin work associated with office procedures.
