There are different levels of accreditation which APIL lawyers can achieve depending on their expertise or amount of experience. All accredited APIL lawyers have at least five years' experience of handling personal injury claims. Many have specialist knowledge in particular fields such as medical injury. They are known as Senior Litigators, Fellows or Senior Fellows, depending on the amount of experience they have.

When you contact APIL lawyers, you can ask what level of accreditation they have and if they have experience of specialising in your particular type of claim. If they do not, you will be referred to an APIL lawyer who will be able to help you. You should always try to use an accredited APIL lawyer in order to get the best legal assistance.
